MPR solicitors secure acquittal in s18 GBH case at Isleworth Crown Court

Our client was a Licensee and owner of a local Public House charged with causing Grievous Bodily Harm (which can carry a life sentence) on two alleged victims. Complex legal argument was successfully applied by the defence on day of trial causing the Crown to offer no evidence in the case despite CCTV evidence. Our client was formally acquitted of all charges.

Success in trial cases largely depends upon the meticulous case preparation and attention to detail by both the defence team and the client. At MPR Solicitors, we take pride in providing a bespoke service to our clients whether it is a privately funded case or a case funded by legal aid.  Naturally where a case is privately funded, a client often has more choices and options available to them such as the instruction and availability of specific barristers and choice of experts in a particular field and also the level of solicitor assigned to a case. We will take time out to get to know your case and work to achieving the best possible outcome for you.

Please feel free to contact us in complete confidence should you wish to discuss any new matter or case with one of the specialist criminal defence solicitors in the following areas of serious and complex crime: fraud and serious fraud, conspiracy cases, drugs cases, GBH, regulatory, sexual offences, cyber-crime, benefit fraud, firearms, knife-crime, murder, money laundering to list but a few

Whilst operating from London, we will cover cases across the country and are also instructed by overseas clients.
