Fixed Fees

We are able to offer a FIXED FEE service in most cases. This make it easy for clients to budget for the case.

Most solicitors and lawyers charge using standard hourly rates for all work done. This makes it difficult to budget for  what is often an unplanned expenditure. Where possible we will be able to give you a Fixed Fee which will include everything you will need to pay from start to finish. Our fees structure is completely transparent and we will carefully go through it with you if you decide to instruct us.

Our FIXED FEE consultations start from £295.00 (+vat) for an initial consultation of up to 60 minutes with a specialist solicitor. Sometimes this is all that is necessary to help resolve your issues or help you decide if you want to go further.  We will be able to put your mind at ease. You can call us now to make an appointment with an expert solicitor and make payment online to get fast effective legal advice.

We offer a quality service and expertise in our areas of operation. We will not be the cheapest solicitors. Neither are we anywhere near the most expensive. Our lawyers are considered to be leaders in their fields and will leave no stone unturned in defending your case.

Most of MPR's clients choose to pay privately for their representation. Whilst we have a small legal aid department  to service the needs of the most vulnerable and needy in our communities it is a sad fact that Legal Aid and Private representation are worlds apart. Whilst we will provide our legal aid clients with a good service we are constrained by levels of funding which have been cut by successive governments.

In the UK there are strict requirements on solicitors relating to money laundering which requires us to obtain satisfactory evidence of the identity of our client and the provenance of any funds. The Firm will therefore require all new clients to provide evidence satisfactory to the Firm of the client’s identity or the identity of the client’s principal and to provide such other information and documentation as may be required to comply with relevant anti-money laundering regulations. In line with the firm’s policy, we would be grateful if you could bring with you to your appointment two forms of identification, one of which must be photographic ID- such as a certified copy (certified by a practising solicitor) photo card driving licence/valid passport and a recent utility bill. We will be able to certify these at our offices at your appointment.
