MPR Advocacy team secure outstanding result in conspiracy to supply drugs

Our Solicitor Advocates successfully represented three defendants charged with a conspiracy to supply drugs. Conspiracy to supply drugs is treated as a very serious offence in this country and the more serious cases, often involve complicated jurisdictional and legal issues both of which our Advocacy team are well versed in.

In this instance, all the Defendants who appeared before the Crown Court in Isleworth were sentenced to only 9 months imprisonment of which they will serve half. This is an exceptionally outstanding result given the serious nature of the offences alleged. When asked to comment on the outcome of the case by our news team, our crime solicitor stated that he felt “quite pleased” and added that his priority was to secure the best possible result for his client rather than focusing on the personal achievement.
