Operation Aguilar at Southwark Crown Court - MPR Solicitors instructed

Managing Partner and Fraud Lawyer Seema Parikh has been instructed to represent a Defendant in a multi-handed 10 Defendant trial at Southwark Crown Court involving serious charges of conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to commit fraud by abuse of position and fraud by false representation.

The case is being prosecuted by the Special Casework Directorate at Rose Court on behalf of the DWP and involves a 2 year investigation.The trial is fixed for 2016 with a time estimate of 10 weeks.

MPR Solicitors are also members of the specialist High Cost Case Panel of the Legal Aid Agency which enables them to take on large and complex cases under legal aid funding where most firms not on the government’s panel are unable to.
