MPR solicitors instructed by the Government of Iraq in High Court litigation

  • Posted

MPR’s Dispute Resolution team headed by Senior Partner Abdullah Al-Yunusi has been instructed by the Ministry of Justice in Iraq to defend a High Court claim in an on-going complex case involving one of its State Owned banks.

The team was chosen due to its experience in handling sensitive issues and high profile claims often involving foreign jurisdictions. The client was able to liaise with MPR both in English and Arabic owing to the language skills of some of the team members.
