Micheal McKee

Micheal is an established solicitor and part of the MPR Team. He qualified as a solicitor in April 2018 and is part of our criminal defence department.

He is experienced in representing clients at the police station, magistrates’ court and is highly adept at extradition, including part one and part two requests.  He has acted in a number of cases in which the prosecution has been stayed as an abuse of process.

Micheal goes the extra mile when preparing his client’s cases for trial as a litigator in the Magistrates and Crown Court. He is also a trial lawyer and frequently represents clients at summary trials in the Magistrates's Court. Micheal's caseload include cases involving road traffic matters, serious violence, drugs conspiracies and offences of dishonesty such as fraud.

Micheal’s personal interests include: NFL and Rugby Union.
