Multi million £ mortgage fraud - MPR solicitors instructed

We have been instructed to represent 2 professionals in an alleged mortgage fraud being investigated by the Fraud Squad of the City of London Police.

The criminal investigation is running with parallel civil proceedings in the High Court which issued Mareva injuctions on our clients’ assets worldwide and seized their passports. The injunction has now been lifted and our clients are free to leave the jurisdiction when they wish and their assets are no longer frozen by order of the courts.
