MPR instructed in SOCA Class A drugs conspiracy case in Birmingham Crown Court

2013 MPR instructed in 11 defendant SOCA drugs conspiracy case in crown court

MPR’s complex crime team have been instructed to defend one of a number of defendants in a large-scale conspiracy to supply heroin case which is to be heard at Birmingham Crown Court. The case is being prosecuted by the Organised Crime Unit of the CPS on behalf of the Serious Organised Crime Agency.

Abdullah Al-Yunusi has been instructed as the barrister at trial  and will lead the defence team at MPR Solicitors.
