MPR instructed in SFO extradition case

MPR’s Extradition Team has been instructed in an on-going  case in the Philippines involving a British fugitive wanted by the SFO (Serious Fraud Office)  in a multi-million pound Corruption and Bribery case. A Red Notice was issued and proceedings commenced.

The Firm was selected for its expertise in defending Serious Fraud and Extradition cases. We work in conjunction with some of the UK’s finest extradition barristers from a select handful of London chambers. We can also put together a pro-active defence team from several countries and members of the firm are able to work in the four official languages of Interpol: English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

The law of extradition and mutual assistance is a very specialist area and it is imperative that proper specialist advice is sought in the first instance. At MPR Solicitors, due to our proximity to Heathrow Airport and offices in Central London, our specialist extradition solicitors can advise and represent clients. We can attend the airport to meet you in person before attending Westminster Magistrates Court which is where all extradition cases are heard. MPR Solicitors operate an emergency 24 hour extradition law telephone line where you can consult with a specialist extradition lawyer over the phone, via Skype, via email or in some cases in person at a location to suit you.
