Leicester Crown Court- Client NOT GUILTY in Operation Inguinal drugs case

Our client was unanimously found Not Guilty of a Conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs by the Jury following a trial lasting 5 weeks. This prosecution was the culmination of over a years work by the National Crime Agency (formerly Serious Organised Crime Agency) including months of covert surveillance. The allegations involved wholesale supply of heroin in Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Manchester, Leeds and Bolton.  

The acquittal was down to the skilful conduct of the defence and the pro-active approach to the case in delivering a clear and persuasive defence case in order to secure an acquittal for our client.
