Jewellery heist at exclusive Kabiri boutique: MPR Jewellery heist at exclusive Kabiri boutique: MPR Solicitors LLP instructed to defend

A daring armed robbery took place at the Marylebone High Street branch earlier this year of a leading designer jewelery boutique in which hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of exclusive one-off jewelery pieces were stolen. The investigation is being led by Metropolitan Police Flying Squad officers who believe the pieces of jewelery were stolen to order in a large-scale conspiracy to commit armed robbery. The case involves complex forensic evidence including cell-site and telephone evidence. MPR Solicitors have been instructed to represent one of the suspects alleged to have been involved in the conspiracy.

The law of conspiracy is a complex area and requires a detailed understanding of the fundamental legal principles involved. Our lawyers have the depth of knowledge and experience to deal with serious cases and are able to work within the legal parameters to achieve the best possible results for our clients. We have successfully defended in several leading cases involving conspiracies where our clients have been acquitted at Court or the investigation has not been proceeded with due to our representations and astute legal advice given to clients at the police station.

This case is currently being handled by our specialist team at MPR Solicitors who have extensive experience in representing clients at the police station in serious allegations of armed robbery, rape, drug importations and fraud offences.

Representation at the police station is funded by Legal Aid and is not means tested. Anyone arrested at a police station is entitled to free and independent legal advice from a solicitor of their choice.
