MPR acts for Wife in financial relief proceedings and obtains an award of more than 50% of the value of the assets.  MPR family team has recently represented Applicant Wife and obtained a sizeable award for her, after a 2 day hearing in county court.  MPR were instructed early last year and since then we have attended all court hearings and have prepared the case fully for our client. 

We have instructed agents  to value properties overseas, as well as here in the UK.  We have liaised with lawyers in India and we have prepared witnesses from overseas to attend court here.  We were successful in proving to the court that our client retained a beneficial interest in an India property which is currently not in her name.
