MPR solicitors secure acquittal in s18 GBH case at Isleworth Crown Court

Our client was the only defendant out of 5 whose case was thrown out prior to the plea and case management hearing as a result of our submissions and representations that there was insufficient evidence against him.

Success in cases largely depends upon the meticulous case preparation and attention to detail by both the defence team and the client. At MPR Solicitors, we take pride in providing a bespoke service to our clients whether it is a privately funded case or a case funded by legal aid.  Naturally where a case is privately funded, a client often has more choices and options available to them such as the instruction and availability of specific barristers and choice of experts in a particular field and also the level of solicitor assigned to a case. We will take time out to get to know your case and work to achieving the best possible outcome for you.

Please feel free to contact us in complete confidence should you wish to discuss any new matter or case with one of the specialist criminal defence solicitors in the following areas of serious and complex crime: fraud and serious fraud, conspiracy cases, drugs cases, GBH, regulatory, sexual offences, cyber-crime, benefit fraud, firearms, knife-crime, murder, money laundering to list but a few.

Whilst operating from London, we will cover cases across the country and are also instructed by overseas clients.
