Cash Seizure: MPR Client has cash seized at London Gatwick Airport returned

Our client was travelling to Iran from London Gatwick Airport. He was searched and a large sum of cash was seized by the authorities under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).

On his return he immediately contacted MPR Solicitors as we specialise in cash seizure proceedings. He had already been interviewed without a solicitor and the police had areas of concern.
