We have been instructed to represent an individual charged with several conspiracies to commit armed robberies across London and the South East with 19 other defendants. The group targeted mobile phone shops in London and in out of town shopping centres. The trial will take place next year at Kingston Crown Court. The case was investigated by SOCA (Serious Organised Crime Agency) and being prosecuted on their behalf by the CPS Special Casework Directorate based at Ludgate Hill.
